I use the new IE with tabs. Is there a way to set a homepage for the new tabs that open? Google is my homepage when I open up the IE window, but not when I open new tabs. When I open new tabs, it's basically just blank.

Click on "tools" and then "internet options".
On the top tab labelled "General", near the bottom should be a "tabs" section.
Choose "settings" to the right of this section.
Then ensure that "Open home page for new tabs instead of blank page" is selected.
Also, it might matter if "Open only the first home page when internet explorer starts" tab is checked, but probably only if you have designated multiple pages.
